About us

Our holiday to Norway in 2000 marked the start of an adventure we could never have imagined. One of the first places we visited was Fossumsanden Camping — which we’d found in a guide to rustic camping. A sauna by the waterfall piqued our curiosity, and we’ve been back every year since. Often as the starting point for our holiday… to unwind.

Christmas 2018 marked a turning point. During a conversation with the owners, something unexpected happened: we bought our own cabin and, from 2019 onwards, we started running the campsite. What began as an adventurous experiment has grown into something we can no longer imagine life without. Summer and winter (ice swimming).
