Fossumsanden Camping

The old Norwegian farm name Fossum comes from the Middle Age and means „home at the waterfall“. The water flows in the lake Skredvatn, which is the warmest swimming lake in the area. Between mountain, lake and waterfall is a small paradise for recharging, breathing, renewing, thinking, enjoying – just Fossum! Perfect starting point for day trips, boat, walking and cycling trips in the varied nature and cultural highlights of Telemark, such as stave churches, farms from the Middle Ages, the Telemark canal or the small white coastal town in the south with its busy boat traffic.
